Alfred Gemsa has updated his Perseus Spectrum Analyzer to version 2.3. This now includes support for later Perseus installs (2.1i->) that use the WinUSB drivers.
Release notes are included inside the ZIP file regarding installation.

A new version of the Perseus software has been released, features and fixes are as follows:
Version 2.1i fixes some minor issues contained in the previous software version v2.1h:
• Preselection filters button misalignment in the Front-End panel
• System Date changes prevent software to be run unless fully registered
• New Marker Log File Format

A new version of BobCAT has been released. Changes include support for non standard DPI settings and running without the main Perseus program.

A great source of information for all shortwave DXers is the ITU website. This has been updated with new monitoring reports. Visit http://www.itu.int/ITU-R/terrestrial/monitoring/index.html and pick your format you wish to view either a zipped DBF database or a PDF summary.

Alfred has updated his popular software to version 2.2, in this release you can change the offsets from inverted or not inverted. There are no other changes from earlier builds.

The receiver test data table located at Sherwoods website has been updated to include some new figures for the Perseus. The figures are very impresive considering that the Perseus SDR is around $1000 to purchase! Have a look at the current table here.
